At the heart of my approach is parts work, also known as Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS is an evidence based, deeply transformative model that helps us understand and connect with all of the different parts of ourselves — even the ones that feel conflicted, stuck, or hard to face.
Together, we’ll turn toward the parts of you that have been carrying the weight — the ones calling for attention through anxiety, exhaustion, or self-criticism. As we meet them with care and curiosity, you’ll begin to feel more clarity, ease, and connection to your true self.
I bring my lived experience as a white, queer, neurodivergent woman in recovery into the therapy space, with care for how my identities and positionality shape my lens. My style is relational and grounded in compassion, with a good dose of humor. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist you truly connect with, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you through this stage of your life. Contact me for a free 30 minute video consultation. I'd love to meet you!
